CAREERS
Careers
Our Culture Sets Us Apart
Our work is guided by five commitments: to the horse, to each other, to ourselves, to our families and to Horizon. We are committed to high-quality medicine and patient care, to keeping each other and our patients safe, and to advocating for the horse while respecting the needs of our clients. We choose teamwork every day, own our roles and see feedback as an opportunity to improve.
Veterinary medicine is a demanding service industry, and the success of the clinic and the success of each person who works here rely on each other. We bring a positive attitude to our work, offer continuing education to all staff, and share our knowledge to help one another grow as professionals. We also value who we are outside of work and respect everyone’s time away from the clinic.
